On September 19, 2005, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee established under the Teaching Profession Act found that Raymond Jewan engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee ordered that R. Jewan’s membership in the Association be suspended from September 19, 2005, to March 19, 2006.
