September 12, 2017
Pictured are (L-R): executive director Leslie Ronaldson, project manager Shauna Faragini and ART program manager Layla Dumont.
Organizers with the Society for Safe and Caring Schools and Communities show off their supply of shirts that are ready for distribution for the upcoming Orange Shirt Day, which will be recognized on Sept. 29. The orange shirt is meant to recognize the harm done to residential school students and show a commitment to the principle that every child matters. For more information and to order your orange shirt, visit www.safeandcaring.ca.
