Educational Leadership Academy ELA
The Crossing at Ghost River, Cochrane, AB, Alberta, Canada
The ELA is a four-day summer program designed to provide training for principals, assistant principals and others in leadership positions. Participants are shown, among other things, how to become ethical leaders, communicate effectively and develop healthy working relationships. ELA is sponsored by the Association and is supported by its Council for School Leadership. Participants can seek credit from the University of Alberta.
