On April 6, 2016, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee established under the Teaching Profession Act found that Shane Cameron Mazutinec engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee declared Mazutinec permanently ineligible for membership in the Association effective April 6, 2016.
