Special and joint project funds of up to $2,000 are available to help specialist councils expand services to members, such as the production of inservice materials or programs to improve teaching and learning. The application for funding must be submitted at least two months before the project start date. Applications must include a description of the project, an outline of the process, a schedule and a budget.
In addition to the special and joint project grants, up to $4,000 is available to promote the collaboration between specialist councils and le Conseil français in offering workshops in French.
You can find a description of the grants in the Handbook for ATA Specialist Councils.
