Notice of Ballots

Ballots will be mailed to all eligible voters on or about March 2, 2007. These ballots must be returned in ballot envelopes provided so as to reach Box 1000, Edmonton, before 9 A.M., March 26, 2007.

Ballots can be returned to Box 1000, as above, or through school representatives for return mailing to Box 1000. (School representatives should collect and return ballots by March 16, 2007.)

Any active or associate member who does not receive a ballot may, not less than 12 days prior to the date fixed for the election (deadline March 14, 2007), apply to the Executive Secretary for the same. If such a person is found to be eligible and completes the proper declaration, a ballot will be mailed to him or her.
