Specialist Council Annual Report 2008/09

Specialist councils are required to complete and submit to Barnett House by August 31 of each year an annual report documenting activities that they have undertaken during the preceding 12-month period from July 1 to June 30. The report consists of two parts.

Part 1 asks councils to report generally on their activities and operations and to provide feedback on the quality of service they received from Barnett House. This part of the annual report may be submitted online using the form below. Although a designate of the council's executive may fill out and submit the report, the president of the council is ultimately responsible for the information contained in it.

It is recommended that you save a copy of this report for your own records.  To do this, select edit, select all, copy, and then paste into a blank Word document.

Part 2 asks councils to provide detailed financial statements of their operations, including the operations of their regional councils. Although financial statements do not have to be submitted at the same time as Part 1, they must nevertheless be received at Barnett House by the August 31 deadline.
