On May 12, 2010, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee, established under the Teaching Profession Act, found that Jared John Eszczuk engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee declared that Eszczuk is ineligible for membership in the Alberta Teachers’ Association until May 11, 2011.
