About the Library Collection
The ATA Library is an extensive collection of books, periodicals, videos and other materials focusing on educational research and professional development for teachers. Library services and materials are available in both French and English. The online Library Catalogue contains a complete listing of resources available from the library.
Only members of the ATA may borrow materials. Because the collection is limited, videos are available to active and associate members only.
Print items are loaned by mail (return postage prepaid) for a period of one month. Videos are loaned for a period of one week and are sent by courier. Because they are in high demand, videos should be reserved well in advance of when they are required.
Our paper periodicals can only be used in-house and are not available for borrowing. However, the library subscribes to two online databases containing full-text journal articles.
